Office Hour:
Mondays to Fridays 9:00a.m to 11:30a.m and 1:30p.m to 4:00p.m
Saturdays 9:00a.m to 12:00p.m
Method of submitting the application form:
The completed form must be submitted in person to us in order to verify the information. Forms submitted by mail are not accepted.
When submitting the completed form, pleases submit payment of a non-refundable HK$40 application fee and bring the following documents:
Original and copy of Hong Kong birth certificate (The original copy will be returned after verifying the information)
Four self-addressed stamped envelopes (Stick the $2 stamps. Write the address clearly and write the child’s name and date of birth on the lower left corner on the envelopes.)
Notes:
For the child born in year 2017, parents are required to submit an application for the “2020/21 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” to Education Bureau between September to November 2019 in order to complete the registration procedures from 9 to 11 January 2020 (“Centralised Registration Dates”)
